According to Net Applications, Windows 8 has overtaken Mac OS X 10.8, becoming the fourth most popular operating system in the world. With Windows 7 on the first place with a staggering market share of 45.77% and two other Microsoft's systems on the podium, it's now the top four that comprises the environments of the giant from Redmond.
Only a week ago Windows 8 used to be the fifth with a market share of 2.25% and Mac stood still firmly on the superior position with 2.43% worth of shares.
