What should I do if I hit system recovery accidentally?

I have a recovery partition on my computer and I launched it by an accident, I turned off the computer immediately but no results, I mean I lost all personal files and I don't know what to do know, can I undo it someway? Plsss reply

I'm afraid that such a process is irreversable. You can take your computer to a data retrieval service and they may try to get some of the files. Otherwise, you can also use a live DVD or USB of a system such as Linux and this way access your hard drive. Then you can check if anything is still here and if you can restore any of the data.
