Why is my computer playing music for no reason?

Even when there are no programs running my computer tends to start playing some crazy music! I don't know what's going on, I can't see any running processes in the Task Manager... I thought it might be a virus but MalwareBytes hasn't found anything... help?

If there's nothing "on" then it must be a malware infection. Try scanning the computer once more with another program. If it doesn't bring any results I'm afraid you will have to reinstall Windows.
