How to Transfer Everything from Yuzu Android to Suyu Android.

Now that Nintendo has killed off Yuzu and Yuzu Android people are switching over to Suyu and Suyu Android. A brand new emulator that popped up within days of Yuzu getting shut down. The best part about this, besides the hilarious new name is that it's essentially the exact same program/app which means it's super easy to migrate from Yuzu to Suyu without losing any anything at all, including your game files and saves. That said there are a couple of little things you need to be aware of so let's go through them.

How to Transfer Everything from Yuzu Android to Suyu Android.

As we mentioned above because Yuzu and Suyu are essentially the exact same tool just rebranded and reskinned you can move all of your content from one to the other without any conflicts or conversion issues. BUT! You will want to do it as soon as possible because Suyu will be getting future updates which may reduce or destroy compatibility so it's in your best interest to work fast. While the process is pretty much a simple copy and paste swap from one set of folders to another below you'll find the exact process you need to follow to make sure you get everything correct.

Now that you have exported all of your data you can import it into Suyu Android using the same process.

No Option in Yuzu Android to Export Data?

If you don't have the option to export your data in Yuzu Android you will need to do it manually, which is still pretty easy. Just go to the yuzu folder and copy everything over to Suyu. I find it easiest to do this while my phone is connected to my computer. Using the Windows File Explorer is 100x easier than using the Android file management system. If you kept everything organised from day 1 as we suggest you should be able to find and move everything in a few minutes, depending on your file transfer speeds.
