If you have just signed up and started playing Fortnite on PC and can’t figure out where the ‘Push to Talk’ option is, you’re not going crazy, the option is often missing from the Input screen on fresh installs. Thankfully, it can easily be fixed with some very simple settings changes.
How to Fix 'Debug_Client_Profile_1' on Divinity Original Sin 2.
Fortnite is one of the most popular multi-platform games on the market at the moment and is growing larger by the day. In the coming weeks, Fornite is due to hit Android and iOS devices and has somehow already managed to hit number one on the App Store without even having an active product.
If you aren’t all too familiar with the game yet, Fornite pits 100 random players against each other in Battle Royale style PVP combat, on one giant map, with cross-platform support, and the option to play solo, as a duo or in 4 person squads. It’s actually one of the first games to offer cross-platform support.
Fortnite is a very fine-tuned and clean looking game, the interface is easy to use, the controls are simple and the system requirements aren’t astronomical like some other games to hit the market recently. There also aren’t any noticeable bugs, in-game exploits or glitches that will ruin gameplay.
The only issue you may face if you are playing on PC and have just installed a fresh copy of Fortnite is the Voice Chat/Push to Talk option missing from the options/input screen. Thankfully this is easily fixed and doesn’t require any major system changes.
Fixing Push to Talk Missing in Fornite Battle Royale.
To restore the push to talk input option on Fortnite, you will need to do the following. First, open Fortnite as you normally would and sign into your account. Once you are on the main character screen, go to Settings and change to the Controller tab at the very top of the menu.
On this screen change the Controller Configuration from Standard to either of the other options, Quick Builder, Combat Pro, then exit the screen.
Next, change to the Input tab and scroll to the very bottom of the screen. You will now have the option Push to Talk (Battle Royale) which was missing before. Now all you have to do is set the button you would like to use in-game. After you have made the change, exit the Input menu and Confirm the settings change.
