How to Import Bookmarks into LibreWolf
LibreWolf is a privacy-focused fork of Firefox that removes telemetry and tracking features, so if you are switching from another browser to LibreWolf and want to import bookmarks into LibreWolf, you'll need to use the following methods. And if you want to Sync bookmarks straight across from Firefox there's a special process you need to follow in order to get sync working.
How to Import Bookmarks into LibreWolf
As we mentioned above there are quite a few different ways you can import Bookmarks into LibreWolf. It follows a rather standard process however, if you intend to use the Sync option to import directly from Firefox there is an additional step you need to take as Sync is disabled in LibreWolf by default, but it's an easy enough process that you can find listed below.
Importing Bookmarks from a HTML File
If you have exported bookmarks from another browser in an HTML file, you can import them into LibreWolf easily.

Open LibreWolf.

Click on the Library icon in the toolbar, or press Ctrl + Shift + O to open the Bookmark Manager.

In the Bookmark Manager, click on Import and Backup.

Select Import Bookmarks from HTML.

Locate and select the HTML file containing your bookmarks.

Click Open, and your bookmarks will be imported.
Using the Import Wizard to Import Bookmarks
If you are switching from another browser like Firefox, you can use the Import Wizard to transfer bookmarks directly.

Open LibreWolf.

Click the Menu button (≡) in the top-right corner.

Navigate to Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks.

Click Import and Backup > Import Data from Another Browser.

Select the browser you want to import from (e.g., Firefox) and click Next.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import.
Note: The Import Wizard may not work in some LibreWolf builds due to privacy restrictions.
Enabling Firefox Sync in LibreWolf to Import Bookmarks from Firefox
Although LibreWolf disables Firefox Sync by default for privacy reasons, you can enable it manually if you wish to sync bookmarks and other data.

Open LibreWolf.

Go to Settings and search for "Sync".

Tick the box to enable Firefox Sync.

Restart LibreWolf.

After restarting, go to Settings > Sync, sign in with your Firefox account, and start syncing.
