Before you start any of the steps shown below make sure that you have restarted your computer. After you have restarted your computer, make sure that the account you are using in the Xbox app matches the account you are using in the Microsoft Store. If you have different accounts signed into both places the Xbox app won't be able to detect your active Game Pass subscription and show you this error among others. Reset Gaming Services

Finally, reset the Gaming Services app and you should be good to go.

This process should resolve the problem. However, if the error persists, you may need to take additional steps.

Uninstall the Latest Windows 11 Update

If the issue began after a Windows 11 update, uninstalling the latest update should help. This option is typically available within 9 days of the update installation. Sometimes updates introduce new bugs, so removing the problematic update could fix the "Content Failed to Load" error.
