How to Fix Outlook Error 0x800CCC69 on Windows 11
Outlook error 0x800CCC69 is a rather annoying error to get on Windows 11 and almost always prevents the email client from sending and receiving emails. It usually accompanies the following error message SMTP_550_MAILBOX_NOT_FOUND. While it is a damn frustrating error message to get there are some simple steps you can take that should fix the problem without having to do a ton of work. The only thing is that you'll probably have to tr more try more than one solution before you find the one that solves the problem.
How to Fix Outlook Error 0x800CCC69 on Windows 11
Rather than waste your time with a ton of more involved solutions, we'll start off with this one as it has been the most successful in my experience.

Open Control Panel.

Go to Programs > Programs and Features.

Select Microsoft Office and click Change.

Choose Online Repair and follow the prompts to complete the repair.
This should solve the problem, but if it doesn't you might have an internet connectivity issue to deal with.
Update Windows
Ensure your Windows system is up to date, as outdated operating system files can cause compatibility issues:

Type Updates in the Windows search bar and press Enter.

If updates are available, click Install updates. Otherwise, click Check for updates.

Install any optional updates as well. Once the process is complete, restart your computer.
Verify SMTP Settings
Incorrect SMTP settings might also be causing this issue so check your email service provider's settings are correct.

Open Outlook and navigate to File > Account Settings.

Select your email account and click on Change.

Confirm that the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) matches the recommended settings from your email provider.

Verify the port number and encryption type to ensure they align with your provider's requirements.

Save the changes and restart Outlook.
Repair Outlook Data Files
Corrupted PST or OST files can cause errors in sending or receiving emails. You can repair these files as follows:

Close Outlook.

Open the search bar and type Control Panel, then open it.

Set View by to Small icons and go to Mail, then click on Data Files.

In the Account Settings window, select the Data Files tab and note the location of your PST files.

Press Win + E to open File Explorer, and navigate to:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office[version]\
or
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

Launch the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe).

Click Browse, select your PST/OST file, and click Start. Follow the prompts to repair the file.
Temporarily Disable Antivirus or Firewall
If you are using a third-party anti-virus tool disable it and see if the problem goes away. These days most third-party antivirus tools are a total waste of time so you might as well just uninstall it and stick with Windows Defender with default settings.
Update Outlook
Running an outdated version of Outlook can also cause errors like 0x800CCC69. Here’s how to update:

Open Outlook and click on the File menu.

Select Office Account or Account (depending on your version).

Under Product Information, click Update Options, then choose Update Now.

Outlook will check for and install any available updates. After the update, restart Outlook.
Reset Outlook Settings
If the issue persists, resetting Outlook to its default settings may resolve any configuration conflicts:
