Since syncing issues often result from connectivity problems, ensure your internet connection is stable:
Windows 11
- Type troubleshoot in Windows search and press Enter.
- Select Troubleshoot settings from the search results.
- Go to Additional troubleshooters or Other troubleshooters.
- Scroll down and click Network and Internet troubleshooter.
- Select Run the troubleshooter and wait for it to complete.
Windows 10
- Right-click Start and choose Settings.
- Navigate to Network & Internet.
- On the right, locate Advanced network settings and select Network troubleshooter.
- Let the troubleshooter detect and apply fixes automatically.
Verify Your Microsoft Account
