It's probably some kind of Networking issue so work through the following steps.

Type troubleshoot in Windows search and press Enter.
Click Troubleshoot settings from the search results.
Select Additional troubleshooters or Other troubleshooters.
Scroll down and choose Network and Internet Troubleshooter.
Click Run the troubleshooter and wait for the process to complete.

Windows 10

Right-click Start and select Settings.
Navigate to Network & Internet.
In the right pane, select Advanced network settings.
Click Network Troubleshooter and wait for automatic fixes to be applied.

Disable VPNs, Proxies & Third-Party Anti-Virus tools
