IconForge is a very easy to use but powerful Windows-based utility for creating icons, cursors, animations, icon/cursor libraries, and other small images. Includes features to import and extract from other image and icon formats, to change icons within program files, change default Windows shell icons and cursors. Application allows us to edit existing files so we can make our system unique and beautiful.
