For those of you who like to play with graphics and enjoy customary design – there's a great program that allows you to create your own cursors for Windows. With ArtCursors you can build and edit libraries of cursors in a snap.
The program is very easy in use, with its intuitive interface that resembles Explorer. To create a cursor of your dreams launch the program, and wizard with the New Cursor should appear. In a dialog window you can select cursor's Size, Color Depth and Conversion Mode. Afterwards there's a rich palette of tools, color pickers, effects and other features that help you to create an excellent cursor.
The program is extremely easy in use and even beginning users will have no problems managing it. Should you encounter any problems, there is the Help file to answer all of your questions.
All in all, ArtCursors is highly recommended to all the users who would like to customize their desktop a bit more.
