Crashplan is an extensive application that is primarily used to create backup copies on your Windows-based computer. It analyzes your computer and saves all documents, videos or photos of the user on an external hard drive, another computer in the LAN network or the Crashplan server. (I'd keep everything local if you can) Additionally, the service can detect applications installed in the system and they are also included in the backup. Thanks to this, it is possible to quickly restore all your favourite programs after reinstalling Windows or replacing the computer with a new one.
Crashplan records the entire history of the software from our PC in the back-ups. This allows, for example, to restore the old version of the application in a situation where the new one does not suit us (for example, when the functions important to us have disappeared or have become paid). You don't have to restore the entire operating system then. In the Crashplan Restore panel, we have a detailed list of programs. We select the item we are interested in and install a single element.
