Photo to Cartoon is a simple piece of software with a self-explanatory name: it simply converts images to cartoons and drawings.
Photo to Cartoon's interface is plain easy to use and very intuitive. For whatever reason "drag and drop" is not supported, though this isn't a deal-breaker. Photo to Cartoon introduces a modern approach to image editing by incorporating a ‘Click Me’ option. This means all you need to do is add the desired photo/image and start playing with Photo to Cartoon features. You can set the level of detail, adjust the outlines and colours, or remove outlines, split, merge colours and more. You can choose between different styles, including solid, crayon, canvas, or colouring book and add text, adjust the font and select the shapes. There are quite a lot of options available for a free program.
Once you have created an image, you can crop a photo, zoom in and out, print or save the image for further editing. Photo to Cartoon provides a step-by-step guide with examples and screenshots.
For an older piece of software Photo to Cartoon works really well, the application is quite responsive and can be recommended to users of all level skills, for entertainment purposes. Kid's will love it.
